The Panther City Lacrosse Club (1-5) fell to the Saskatchewan Rush (2-4), 16 – 7, at Sasktel Centre in Saskatchewan, Saturday night.

Forwards Phil Caputo and Dawson Theede led the Panther City Lacrosse Club with two goals apiece. Caputo, who was inactive last week, now has 11 goals on the season, becoming the first player in franchise history to have double-digit goals. Rookie forwards Patrick Dodds and Taite Cattoni rounded out the Panther City offense, as they tallied four points apiece. With his three assists and goal tonight, Dodds continues to lead Panther City and all NLL rookies with 24 points this season.

Forward Jeff Shattler led the Rush with four goals, and his seven points tied with fellow forwards Robert Church and Ryan Keenan to lead all players.
