Panther City Lacrosse Club Signs Jason Knox

FORT WORTH, Texas (September 5, 2023) – The Panther City Lacrosse Club has signed left-handed forward Jason Knox, their first-round draft selection (5^th overall) from the 2022 NLL Entry Draft, the team announced today. Knox spent his final year of collegiate eligibility in 2022-23 at Ohio State.

Knox spent two seasons at Ohio State, where he totaled 29 goals and five assists in 27 games with the Buckeyes. Prior to transferring to Ohio State, Knox attended Hobart College, where he accumulated 62 goals, 11 assists for 73 points in 26 games. For his collegiate career, the Huntsville, Ontario native tallied 107 points, netting 91 goals and dishing out 16 assists. During his time with Hobart, Knox was a Tewaaraton Award Watch List member in 2020 and Broke the NEC game record with 10 goals against Siena in February of 2020.
