FORT WORTH, TX – The Panther City Lacrosse Club, in conjunction with the National Lacrosse League, announced the schedule for the team’s 2023-24 season today. Panther City will begin its third season of play on the road where they will take on the Vancouver Warriors on Friday, December 1. The team’s home opener at Dickies Arena will be on Sunday, December 10 against the Las Vegas Desert Dogs at 3 p.m. CT.
Panther City’s schedule features 18 total regular season games with nine games on the road and nine games in Fort Worth at Dickies Arena. Of the nine home games, five home games will be played on Sunday and begin at 3:00 p.m. CT, whereas the remaining four will be played on Friday and begin at 7:00 p.m. CT. Panther City will conclude their home slate on Sunday, April 14, against the Albany FireWolves and will conclude regular season play on the road on Saturday, April 20 against the Calgary Roughnecks.
Debuting this season, the National Lacrosse will do away with Western and Eastern Conference designations and all 15 teams will be featured in one table of a ‘unified standings’ in terms of seeding and for the first time in league history, each team will play every other team once, plus four additional games. Fans will have the opportunity to see every team visit their home arena at least once every other year.
For the third consecutive year, every NLL game will be distributed on ESPN+ and TSN+. The schedule of national broadcast games on TSN and ESPN linear networks will be announced next month.
