Panther City Lacrosse Club Signs Tyler Burton

FORT WORTH, TX – The Panther City Lacrosse Club has signed right-handed defenseman Tyler Burton to a two-year contract, the team announced today.

Burton appeared in 14 games for the Calgary Roughnecks during the 2021-22 season, where he served as their primary faceoff man, winning 181 of his 345 faceoffs (52.5%), which ranked sixth-best in the NLL (min. 100 attempts). Burton also recorded 99 loose balls and caused 17 turnovers. The London, Ontario native will be entering his 12^th year in the NLL, and he has claimed 719 loose balls and caused 116 turnovers in his 123 games.
